This 48,140 square foot tenant improvement converted an existing office building into a new high school facility. The school's program included (21) classrooms, (2) science labs, a music room, art studio, library, multi-purpose/cafeteria room, exercise room, faculty offices, administrative offices, student lounge, and Beit Midrash. OSA worked closely with Starkweather Bondy and Butler Construction to stay within the established construction budget.
