This was a renovation of a historic highrise apartment building on Sixth Street in the South-of-Market neighborhood. The renovations included seventy-five units, of which a third were SROs. The ground floor was divided into commercial, property management offices, and a community room for the residents. Client was Mercy Housing California with funding from TCAC, HOPWA and the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency.
