We designed this new 1st floor office space for the Asian Law Caucus simultaneously with the San Francisco Community Land Trust renovating the residential floors.  The office design included perimeter offices, conference rooms, an interior open office “pod”, reception-waiting area, secondary offices, and support spaces. A new open interior stairway linked the basement office to the main ground floor office area. The Board Room and secondary offices were completed in a Phase 2.  Client: ALC​
