Improving energy-efficiency, thermal comfort and weatherization were the major design goals of this project.  Originally, there was no cooling provided in the units.  Accessible design upgrades were made for 5% of the units and site accessibility.  All roofs and decks were replaced along with selective siding giving the exterior a fresh new appearance.  The Community Building was also being remodeled and visitor parking received covered structures that house a photovoltaic system.  Client: EAH, Inc.
