CLARA SHORTRIDGE FOLTZ COMMEMORATION
LOS ANGELES, CA

​This public art project in Downtown Los Angeles was to commemorate the life and civic influences of Clara Shortridge Foltz.  Artist Susan Schwartzenberg chose to work with us to develop her conceptual design into a constructible installation. The project is located on the main ground floor lobby of a courthouse building. The installation consisted of a series of glass panels embedded with “art” images attached to the existing lobby storefront system, several tapestry cloth panels, exhibit lighting, and exterior benches in an outside plaza.
