CUSTOM RESIDENTIAL SUGAHARA RESIDENCE SAN FRANCISCO, CA
This 1920's "Tudor" residence was in need of a major renovation. The project included upgrading the hot water radiator system, repairing extensive dry rot, remodeling the 3,000 s.f. basement, adding a brick street wall to provide a defined front yard, and redesigning the rear yard terraces. A new library/family room was designed as the focal point of the basement. French doors and windows are strategically placed to bring view and light while blending with the existing exterior facade.
