AFFORDABLE HOUSING CRESCENT PARK APARTMENTS RICHMOND, CA
Crescent Park is comprised of twenty-four garden apartment buildings and several accessory buildings on 24.4 acres, equaling four city blocks. The renovation of this 378-units affordable family housing complex included both the interior & exteriors of all apartments, upgrading the site drainage & landscaping, and adding onto the Resource Center with a new community room & kitchen. A major part of the renovation was to install photovoltaic systems on 22 of the 26 buildings of the complex. Client: EAH, Inc.
